Andrew Murray (early 1800's) is my favorite Christian Classic Author. Right now I'm reading his biography and reading some words he wrote to his girls who had been sent off to school. I thought these words so wise, I wanted to share them to any and all that might be going through trials, can't see the reasoning of what you are going through, or think things could be better. Enjoy these morsels of wisdom:
When traveling up a hill last week, one of my companions was criticizing a road, and pointing out how much better it might have been made. When we got a little farther up the hill, we saw that he was wrong. People at the foot of a hill cannot understand the reason for all the windings of the road, but as they rise higher, they discover them. You are now only beginning to climb: follow in trust the path by which you are led. Afterwards you will understand better than you do now.
Some more wise advice...
When difficulties won't accommodate themselves to your wishes, there is nothing like you accommodating yourself to them! This is part of true wisdom and in time takes away the unpleasantness...
God bless you each
Love you!
