OK. I haven't even had my turkey, dressing, and all those pies yet nor the Christmas candies... And I'm putting on weight. I don't even want to do my morning walks... too cold. (I know, Angie. You're thinking we here in Indiana don't really know cold.) But I have got to get my attitude into "exercise" mode. Something in the house that is not boring and I'll actually remember to do it daily. Maybe I need an accountability partner. Any solutions out there for in-house exercise?

I recently bought an exercise ball - you know, those inflated balls? They are great for core strength training (is that what I mean?). But that covers only two days or so a week. You're not to do them every day - give your body a rest. I also bought 5 lb. weights. Now the challenge, I agree Patsy, is the cardio in the snow. Doggone it, I just don't like gyms! My friend Jan would go on winter walks with me - but alas, she has moved too far to do that more than once in a while. Longstory short? I have no good suggestions for you!
